As you can see, still no background. I just didnt feel like drawing (or doing anything at all) the last few days.
And before i leave for the weekend, i wanted to get this uploaded. so here it is.

it's the second attempt of coloring an Accomdanih. Although the first version looked nice ([link]), i wasnt satisfied with it. It just wasnt... unique enough. Still isnt unique now (and will never be) but waaaay better in my opinion. Getting back to my original idea of the Tyraeli's skin tone (blue).
Although i cant guarantee there'll be a background version I'll try to do one when i get home (on monday).

Overall it probably took my about 8 hours (5 for coloration). Photoshop CS2 and Wacom Graphire tablet.

some extra information about the Tyraeli Accomdanih i copied from one of my comments on the previous artwork:

If you look at an Accomdanih, theres no way you can tell what it thinks or feels like. They have no facial muscels (am i making up words again?), so no chance of visible emotions. Is it relaxed, or ready to jump at you to ripp you apart? this fuckin would freak me out. and thats the whole point ;D
The tyraeli are no animals actually. They're a intelligent race with culture, religion and of course speech.
The Accomdanih though, which is the biggest warrior class, are way less intelligent than the other classes (Arazawo, Aluerkawo and Aldaitsamu). They can't really speak and act more like animals.

Really quite lovely, I love the shapes and lines. the movement makes meh want to look at it for forevur!

Ich bin zwar so gar nicht drin in dem Thema, aber das Design ist schon beeindruckend. Und auch klasse coloriert. Toll!

Yea I noticed you don't have a comic yet but it would be a pretty amazing comic. I would read it everyday, just like a read "Grim Tales from Down Below" by Bleedman, everyday lol. Sorry about that I must have went off in a daze when I was talking, I have been trying to come up with a comic Layout and Idea for about 1.5 years well, 2.5 years now. I have 5 episodes out of 25 typed already and I have the characters started I just haven't Colored them.

lol well get crakin, I bet there is a million people out there waiting for it and a million more that will hear about it and read it. When ever I become as good as you and othere artists here in DA with Photoshop, I will start posting my comics when I decide how to do them.

No I wont Lie I have no Idea what the names that everyone is calling this because I was just browsing but when I looke thre your profile more I bet I will find out. What I want to say is this is amazing I love artists that can draw like this, the dinos and the monsters and the demons ect. I find it amazing because it is soemthing I can not do, Very well done and colored as well. Now I am off to find out more about this picture and your work. Amazingly done.

Well my one question is how long did it take you to come up with this idea. I have been trying to come up with an Idea for a comic, fow about 1 and a half now and I only have 5 episodes done and I have like 4 other comic Ideas... I makes me want to split my head open sometimes lol.
